Qatar Airways promises World Cup fans a great time

The national airline will also join hands with various communities in the country during the run-up to the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Qatar Airways, the official partner and airline of the FIFA World Cup 2022, has plenty in store for football fans all over the world and the various communities based in Qatar.

“We’ll ensure that we give all the fans a great time from the time they get on board to Qatar for the World Cup till the time they get off when they return to their homes,” said Babar Rahman, Vice-President, Brand Marketing and Sponsorship, Qatar Airways.

He said the airlines was well-prepared to deal with the massive influx of fans expected from all across the world for the World Cup.

“Our leadership has announced expansions at regular intervals. In the last few years, it has been great. And there will be more expansion and attractive offers for football fans in the coming months, keeping in mind the FIFA World Cup,” he added.

Regarding programmes or projects to benefit the various communities in Qatar he said, “We already support, by way of sponsorships, several events and activities that benefit various communities in Qatar. We’ll be more than delighted to continue that,” he said.
